On June 23, the 'Shandong Province Paper Annual Meeting and Paper Digital Transformation and Development Promotion Conference' was successfully held in Changle County, Weifang City. More than 200 people from papermaking enterprises in the province, paper technology and equipment manufacturing industries, industrial supply chain supporting enterprises, and some members and non-member units outside the province attended the meeting. During the meeting, we strictly follow the epidemic prevention and control requirements of Weifang City and comply with local epidemic prevention and control regulations.
The purpose of this conference is to summarize the results of the industry, exchange typical practices of implementing new development concepts and building new development models, explore and promote the digital transformation and development of the paper industry in our province, and explore effective ways to 'carbon peak neutralization'.
Chairman Zhao Wei of China Papermaking Association gave a report on the 'National Papermaking Industry Development Report', Chairman Cao Zhenlei of China Papermaking Association gave a report on the industry development, Professor Chen Jiachuan, Director of the State Key Laboratory of Bio-Based Materials and Green Paper at Qilu University of Technology and President of Shandong Papermaking Society, gave a report on the innovation and development of papermaking industry, and Zhao Zhendong and Executive Vice President of Shandong Papermaking Industry Association gave a report on the development of papermaking industry in our province.
