The fifth generation drum vacuum slurry washer independently developed uses high-position installation and uses the suction effect generated by the water legs to generate a vacuum, so that the filtrate can pass through the slurry layer and flow out from the water legs to achieve the purpose of slurry washing. It is used in the washing of coarse slurry and bleach slurry for various slurries, which can meet the demand for chemical slurry lines with annual output of 50,000 tonnes. It is currently a mature slurry washing equipment for small and medium slurry lines, and its performance reaches a relatively advanced level in the world.
1. The drum body adopts conical flow channel technology to increase the filtrate flow rate and have a large production capacity per unit area;
2. The plane valve core adopts multi-point fixing technology, with stable vacuum degree and high dryness of the cutting;
3. Blended pressing stirring technology, which facilitates slurry mixing and improves washing effect;
4. Duplex side plate, overflow weir slurry, split sealing structure, easy to operate and maintain.
