Pre-hang filter

With the help of the vacuum degree generated by the vacuum pump, solid-liquid separation is achieved using the filter cloth and pre-hanging layer as the filter medium, which is mainly used for white sludge washing in the caustic chemical section of pulping and papermaking alkali recovery. Pre-hanging technology can obtain better filtrate clarity and higher dryness under higher vacuum action; the continuous updating technology of pre-hanging layer can maintain the good filtration state of the pre-hanging layer, extend the replacement cycle of the pre-hanging layer, and ensure stable yield and dryness.

1. Pre-hanging filtration and automatic scraper unloading technology are adopted, the filtrate has good clarity, high dryness of the cutting material, and low residual alkali content;

2. The technology of continuous replacement of pre-hanging layer is adopted to stabilize the dryness and output of the feeding, extend the replacement cycle of the pre-hanging layer and improve production capacity.
