The new generation of white liquid filtration equipment in the caustic chemical section of papermaking alkali recovery uses the positive pressure generated by compressed air, and uses filter cloth and pre-hanging layer as filter media to complete solid-liquid separation. It can simultaneously realize the dual functions of white liquid filtration and washing separated white mud, and is an ideal alternative equipment for white liquid clarifiers, white mud scrubbers or tube pressure filters.
1. Adopt positive pressure filtration technology to effectively improve the filter pressure difference, increase the permeability of the filter cake, and improve the production capacity per unit area;
2. Innovate the disc structure and synchronous reciprocating scraper discharge structure to realize the white mud pre-hanging technology, and the filtrate clarity is ≤20ppm;
3. Through the air stirring device, effective stirring of caustic emulsion is achieved to prevent white sludge from precipitating.
